Apprenticeships have been around for many years offering young people the opportunity to progress in their chosen career whilst working towards a work based qualification. This offers people the chance to gain invaluable experience and formal qualifications at the same time.
What are the benefits of an Apprenticeship?
Doing an Apprenticeship means you can earn while you learn and do that in a way that is best suited to you – learning through hands on experience on the job. You will be able to earn a minimum of £95 per week as a training allowance whilst having the responsibility of being an employee.
Who will help me?
DB Training will make sure you are assigned a mentor. Their job is to ensure that your training fits your personal requirements, offers the skills needed for your job and satisfies national standards. They will also be there to help you through any difficult times.
What are my Prospects?
Apprenticeships can be demanding but they are also very rewarding. Throughout your Apprenticeship we will focus your training on the relevant skills that employers require, this enables you to expand the choices and options within your chosen career. When you have completed your Apprenticeship you can carry on working, improve promotional oppourtunities or go on to higher education in a College or University.
