Apprentice Recruitment
DB Training sources and recruits Apprentices for all kinds of businesses. You are designated an Account Manager from within our Business Development Team who starts the process by meeting with you to clearly define your needs, whether that is an immediate position or one you are looking to fill over the next 6-12 months. All apprentices will have already completed a Level 2 NVQ in the chosen field and been vetted for suitability of employment. We then discuss with you the specific skills required each of the positions you want filled either on a part-time, full-time or sub-contract basis. This will enable us to ensure that the particular individual has the knowlege and skills to be a viable employee from day 1. Throughout the Level 3 aspect of the individuala Apprenticeship you will be encouraged to spend time with your chosen Apprentice both in-centre and within your working environment. DB Training will: · Agree a job description and personal attribute required for the available position · Agree salary rates for your apprentice · Provided you with a shortlist of potential candidates that meet your required criteria from out cohort of ‘in learning’ students. · Assist you with the interview process · Induct the Apprentice · Agree a plan of action to help support the apprentice in their new role · Enrol the apprentice on a apprenticeship framework training programme · Invoice the employer a flat rate, covering all salary cost. We source our candidate Apprentices from a variety of different places, including Connexions, Schools and the local community. We have an excellent working relationship with the local Connexions offices and continually help develop skills and confidence of young people from within our local areas. All students will already have completed a Level 2 NVQ with us in their chosen field so we will already know the calibre and attributes of the individual.
